I’m typing this from my seat on a Singapore Airlines 747 somewhere above the west coast of Australia. I’m heading to Sydney for a meeting with Apple team in Australia.
The ability to iChat, send emails, and keep connected has been profound. During flights I feel so disconnected to the world. I could make calls with their crappy airphone service but that that doesn’t match having iChat open to reveal 20 of your buddies online and the ability to chat casually for a couple hours. I only wish I had my iSight camera to do a video chat….that would have been cool.
